Ld. Counsel for the Appellant submits that in case, this Tribunal direct the Adjudicating Authority to decide the Application I.A. No. 273 of 2021 filed by the Respondent No. 1 in time frame then the purpose of filing Appeal will be served and Appellant does not press this Appeal.

Ld. Counsel for the Intervener submits that it is appropriate to direct the Adjudicating Authority to decide the Application I.A. No. 379 of 2021 also.

It is apprised that 20th July, 2021 has already been fixed for hearingbefore the Adjudicating Authority.

Considering the submissions of Ld. Counsel for the parties.

We request the Adjudicating Authority to decide aforesaid applications on priority basis preferably on 20th July, 2021.

In the light of the aforesaid directions, Ld. Counsel for the Appellant does not press this Appeal. Hence, the Appeal is disposed of as not press. No order as to costs.

Registry is directed to send the copy of the order to the Adjudicating Authority (NCLT, Ahmadabad).
