Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the ‘Resolution Professional’ submits that the Hon’ble Supreme Court has interfered with the matter and stayed the proceedings pending before the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal), Mumbai Bench. In the circumstances, no order is required to be passed in this appeal. In case, the Hon’ble Supreme Court does not interfere with the admission order of the Adjudicating Authority and allows the proceedings to continue, the Appellant may file an application for taking up the appeal to recall this order and take up the appeal for decision on merit.

The appeal stands disposed of.
