In absence of ‘Service Report’ and ‘E-mail Address’, the learned counsel for the Appellant prays for and is allowed to issue notice through 2 newspapers - one in ‘English’ (Times of India’, Mumbai Edition) and another in ‘Marathi’ (‘Samna’, Mumbai Edition) intimating the parties that the appeal has been preferred and is likely to be listed on 3rd March, 2020 at 10.30 A.M.. The proposed draft for publication in ‘English’ and ‘Marathi’ newspapers be prepared and placed before the Registrar, NCLAT for publication by 21st January, 2020.

The approval of publication be made by 4th February, 2020. Thereafter, the publication be made immediately.

Post the case ‘for Admission (After Notice)’ on 3rd March, 2020 along with report of publication, which is to be filed by the Appellant by 7th February, 2020.
