None for Respondent No.2,3 and 5. Respondent No.1 submits that he may be permitted to file the reply affidavit. Office is directed to receive the reply affidavit during the course of the day.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the notice sent to Respondent No. 4 has been returned due to incomplete address. He further seeks time to effect service on Respondent No.4. Appellant is directed to furnish the requisite process fee, along with correct postal address as well as email address of Respondent No.4.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant further seeks time to file rejoinder. He is permitted to file the same by 16.1.2020 with advance copy to the Respondents.

4. Let the appeal be fixed for 21.1.2020.
