Ld. Counsel for the Sole Respondent Fails to File Counter Affidavit, Matter Listed Before Hon'ble Court.
The counsel representing the sole respondent in the case has neglected to file the counter affidavit, despite being given multiple opportunities to do so. However, the counsel has informed the court that they do not intend to file the affidavit. Therefore, in accordance with the rules, the matter will be listed before the Hon'ble Court for further proceedings.
