Steps for issue of fresh notice
(1) If any notice issued under rule 46 returned unserved, that fact and the reason thereof shall be notified immediately on board of the Registry.
(2) The applicant or petitioner or his authorised representative shall within seven days from the date of the notification, take steps to serve the notice afresh.
