I want to file an appeal with the GST jurisdiction office regarding some issues with my refund application. I want to know how long it takes to hear and decide a case which has gone to appeal?

The officer should not take more than 1 year to hear and decide a case.

But depending upon the circumstances and the complexity of the case, the order is usually passed before 2-3 months.
