Try the easy way out first.
Even if your name has changed, your date of birth and gender would still be the same. So, try to link your PAN with your Aadhar in the efiling portal. You will get an OTP in your Aadhar registered number which you can use to link your Aadhar.
If it works, you can generate Aadhar OTP online and file and verify your returns with ease.
If that doesn't work:
Stating the obvious, you need to change the details of either your PAN or your Aadhar so they match.
Here is how you can do that. The I-T Department has launched an online facility to correct errors in the names and other details mentioned in PAN and Aadhaar card.
Go to the efiling portal, on the left pane, you can see Update PAN/Aadhar details. The first link would take you to the NSDL website whereas the second would take you to the UIDAI portal.
You can update your details, link your Aadhar with your PAN, and then verify your return.
Alternatively, you don't even need an Aadhar Number to verify your return. Click on this link to see how you can file your return and verify it without choosing the Aadhar OTP option.
