What are the documents I need to produce while filing a case for bounce of cheque, under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act?

You will need to produce the following documents:

The cheque that bounced
Bank memo, stating the cheque has bounced
Copy of legal notice (sent to the payer)
Receipt and tracking report of the legal notice(for any response by the payer in the regard)
ID proof of the person making the complaint.
