What is the due date for filing the returns of a public limited company, whose accounts are not required to be audited as per the Income Tax Act?

The due date for filing of ITR for companies is 30th of September of that Assessment Year. The fact that the company doesn't need to audit its books will make no change to the due date for filing the return.

For AY 2018-19 (Fin Year 2017-18) the due date would be the 30th of September, 2018.
