Documents required for Incorporating a new Private Limited Company - Address Proof of the Company
An address of a company is nothing but the place of operation of the company, also called as the registered office.A valid address proof can be the registered document of title of the Property in the name of the company. If the company doesn't own the premises, a rent agreement or a lease document shall suffice.
Proof of Address for a company:
Case 1: If the property is in the name of the company:
- A valid document of title of Property, which shows that the property is regstered in the name of the company.
If you have this, a duly attested copy of this document should be uploaded. Please refer the image below for reference.
Case 2: If the property is rented or leased out:
- A valid document of Rent agreement or Lease agreement, which states that the company has rented this property from the owner of the premises.
The document should be duly notarized and signed by either parties to the contract. The document must be on a Non-Judicial Stamp Paper.
